Every evaluation is time-stamped and signed, giving us consistent standards across trainers and defensible records for personnel decisions.

2. CURRENT STATE

Field training documentation is currently maintained on paper and in spreadsheets. Trainee status cannot be reported without manual compilation, evaluation standards vary by trainer, and records would be difficult to produce for an audit, records request, or contested personnel action.
